**Richard Watts** was a prodigious writer for [[:chaosium|Chaosium]] in the late 80s and early 90s. In addition to his contributions to Call of Cthulhu, he became the line developer for the [[editions:elric_edition|Elric!]] edition of the Stormbringer game in 1992.
